The Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston (138 St. James Avenue Boston, MA 02116)
So I’m kinda fuzzy on the details, I think this is where I was staying. Not completely sure. After a long night of dancing I had the most incredible eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. But it wasn’t a traditional one, it had a fresh hunk of Mozzarella cheese, a slice of tomato and fresh pesto instead of hollandaise sauce.
